• Event cancellation initiated by the organizer
• Duplicate payment due to technical issues
• Postponed events where the attendee declines the rescheduled date

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mumbai Football Nights provides digital confirmations and community/event access information only.

• No physical items are shipped.
• Booking details are shared digitally via Email, WhatsApp or SMS.
• Delivery is generally completed within minutes after successful payment.

Cancellation Policy

Events may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, safety regulations or operational reasons.

In such cases, eligible users will receive refunds according to the Refund Policy.

Users cannot cancel confirmed bookings unless specifically stated otherwise.
